Order Confirmation & Tracking

Discreet Packaging
All orders are securely packaged in plain, unbranded jiffy bags and boxes to ensure privacy and protection during transit.
Damaged Orders & Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@smokebazar.co.uk with images of the damaged items and your order invoice. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
For missing orders due to a dispatch error or courier issue, please contact our customer support team at info@smokebazar.co.uk. If the delay is due to our service failure, we may partially or fully credit your delivery costs. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions.
Changes to Delivery Method
Once an order has been dispatched, the selected delivery method cannot be changed.
